These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Miqat mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Muhammet Eren ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Miqat helps you track your daily prayers, view prayer times, build prayer streaks, and reduce distractions around prayer times using Apple's Screen Time features. Prayer times are calculated estimates based on your location or chosen city; while we strive for accuracy, they are provided for convenience and should not be treated as an infallible religious authority. When in doubt, consult your local mosque or authority.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others or create accounts by automated means.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law
• Abuse, manipulate, or exploit the referral program or streak system (including creating multiple accounts to redeem rewards)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Premium Subscription

Some features require a paid subscription ("Miqat Premium").

• Billing. Subscriptions are purchased through your Apple App Store account and managed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to validate subscription status. We never see your payment details.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your App Store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium access until then.
• Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple, and refunds are governed by Apple's policies. Request refunds at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
